We live in a hyper-individualised culture, mostly as separate units. If we encounter difficulties, we are conditioned to believe that there’s “something wrong with me”. Sometimes we mask, shut down, cling to distractions or perform roles. Inevitably, we end up asking ‘Who am I?’
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
If you’re struggling with any aspect of your life, a series of 1-1 sessions can help give you the guidance and tools to find clarity. You’ll be able to speak openly and be listened to with no judgement. You’ll work with processes designed to address the issue, resource your nervous system and allow space for the path ahead to clear.
The work draws upon our (combined) 40+ years of experience in Education, Leadership, Mental Health and Wellbeing. Influenced by iRest (Integrative Restoration) meditation, Therapeutic Coaching and the Arts we blend a range of modalities to help you come into deeper relationship with yourself.
Our Methods
Ted – My coaching method is rooted in the Therapeutic Coaching Model style
This approach is well-suited to people who want to move forward in life but recognise that unprocessed experiences, emotional blocks, or nervous-system patterns may still be influencing their choices. Therapeutic Coaching supports both healing and growth, helping clients develop self-awareness, stability and direction. It’s an integrative process including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Hypnotherapy and Development Psychology, helping clients understand the stories that shape them and build new, more supportive ways of responding to life. Having also found deep connection and brotherhood through Men’s work, I understand the urgent need for more men to deepen the relationship they have with themselves.

Laura – My mind-body approach integrates Somatic Coaching and iRest Meditation
It guides you through a process of self-inquiry that gently allows you access to the deeper layers of your mind and body. Unlike conventional talking therapies, if appropriate, I may invite you into a deeply relaxed, hypnagogic state (between waking and sleep) where protective mental filters loosen and the nervous system can settle. This offers space for unconscious material – sensations, emotions, beliefs, memories, to surface so you can listen to the messages of your inner world and be with what’s there. It’s non-directive and entirely led by your experience, creating an environment where your system can reveal itself on its own, often without the need for analysis and interpretation. My calm and intuitive style meets you exactly where you are – no forcing or ‘fixing’.
People report a feeling of relief as a sense of ease emerges.
This is for you if:
- You’re tired of being in your head and want something that goes beyond talking.
- You’re curious about what your body is holding: stress, tension, pain, tightness, numbness – you sense there’s more underneath and you want to explore it safely.
- You feel overwhelmed or disconnected and want to be aware of behaviour patterns that are being expressed in and through your body.
- You want tools for when you feel scattered, anxious, low in mood or shut down in order to feel more grounded and connected to yourself.
Please Note
Our approaches are non-clinical and different to conventional therapy such as Psychotherapy or Counselling. Coaching is therapeutic and is both reflective and forward-looking.
Our process is not designed to diagnose Mental Health conditions or address symptoms of active trauma. This doesn’t mean that we don’t work with people who have been given a diagnosis. During the consultation process, we can discuss your history and needs and make sure we are the right fit for you.
